Sixty days from your order date, for any reason, on opened and empty bottles too.
The promise
If you are not satisfied with BreathiZen for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your order date.
How to claim it
- Email support@breaethizan.com with your order number within 60 days of ordering.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and a return reference.
- Send back all bottles from the order, including opened and empty ones. Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Once the return arrives, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
What is not refunded
Original shipping charges and return postage. Orders not placed through our official website cannot be refunded by us.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within seven days and we will replace it at no cost.
